Orders for next-day or
second-day shipping must be processed by 12:00
noon Monday through Friday to insure prompt delivery.

If any urn order is canceled
you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus
actual forwarding and return shipping charge.

within 24 - 48 hours of confirmation, subject

accept for return any product that appears to
be used, soiled, or in other than original shipping

such as engraved merchandise is not returnable.
Urn Wholesaler
will confirm all orders within 24 hours of verification
of payment. In many cases, merchandise will be shipped
directly from the manufacturer. When merchandise is
not directly shipped from the manufacturer, our shipping
fees are based on when the urn is received from the
manufacturer and shipped from our office. Orders will
be shipped as described below subject to manufacturers
warehouse stock. In the event any product is not immediately
available, We will notify you within 24 hours.

Card and American Express and Discover. Your credit
card will be billed upon purchase through Paypal.
Urn Wholesaler
accepts money orders, cashiers checks and personal
checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed
upon receipt of money orders and cashiers checks.
For personal checks, please allow up to 10 business
days for clearance of funds before the order is processed.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
Basic Engraving Cost (Name/Date)
is $45 for each urn billed separately, additional
engraving costs: please inquire.
Merchandise ordered with engraving
instructions will be shipped after engraving is completed,
usually 1-2 days. Please call 1-888-222-5955 or email
us for special instructions on Special Order Products.
Special Order products are not returnable.
Sales tax will be assessed based
upon the average
sales tax for the city/state an urn is delivered,
or if unavailable locally, where the urn is delivered
from. Note: The urns sold on this website are urns
that are available in each state by licensed funeral
homes and are distributed through the same manufacturers.
